Binding characterization covers antibody expression, purification, alphaLISA, and SPR. It is offered as basic binding detection or full affinity characterization. Basic binding detection runs alphaLISA and a single-concentration SPR assay on purified antibodies, then ranks affinity. Full affinity characterization runs alphaLISA and a three-concentration SPR assay, reporting a complete KD and a more accurate analysis.
Target plan
The target needs a reliable commercial assay protein; customer-supplied or custom assay proteins can also be assessed with the team.
